LOGO DESIGN
33% – 50% of the total payment will be necessary to initiate the design process. The remaining balance will be collected upon approval of the final design. No artwork will be delivered before it has been paid in full.

WEB DESIGN / MULTIMEDIA
The total cost for web design can be divided into 3 payments . The initial payment will be made upfront at contract signing. Payment 2 will be made when the design and development phase has been completed. The final payment be due before your site is launched.

WEB DESIGN EDITS
A customized estimate form will be created before any updates are executed. This form will include all of the details, fees for the pending project and estimated start and finish date. The web design process will begin upon acceptance of the terms stated within the estimate and an initial 50% installment of your total financial responsibilities have been paid (if the updates require more than 3 hours). At this point, an invoice will be issued reflecting total cost, amount paid, and the remaining balance. If your updates require less than 3 hours, full payment must be accounted for in advance before any web adjustments are made.

PRINT DESIGN
33% – 50% of the total payment will be necessary to initiate the design process. The remaining balance will be collected upon approval of the final design. No artwork will be delivered before it has been paid in full. We will not move forward to the print production phase until the cost for design has been paid in full. The price for print production must be fully accounted for in advance. Printing will not be possible until your financial responsibilities have been completely covered.

PACKAGE DESIGN
33% – 50% of the total payment will be necessary to initiate the design process. The remaining balance will be collected upon approval of the final design. No artwork will be delivered before it has been paid in full.

T-SHIRT DESIGN
A 33% – 50% deposit is a prerequisite to initiate the design process if you are requesting ownership of the artwork. The remaining balance will be collected upon approval of the final design. We will not deliver ANY artwork or be able to move forward to the print production phase until your balance is paid.

PRINT PRODUCTION FOR T-SHIRTS
If you want custom t-shirts printed only (no ownership of artwork), a $29.95 setup fee (per design) will be required upfront in addition to 50% of the total balance. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of your shirts.

PRINTING
The price for print production must be fully accounted for in advance. Printing will not be possible until your financial responsibilities have been completely covered.
