A Walk Through The Process

The design process will be initiated with an interview via e-mail, telephone, or face to face. Once your vision has been articulated and understood, a customized estimate form will be created. This form will include all of the details, fees for the pending project and estimated start and finish date.

Next, the design process will begin upon acceptance of the terms stated within the estimate and initial installment of your financial responsibilities. At this point, an invoice will be issued reflecting total cost, amount paid, and the remaining balance.

Check points and milestones will be conducted via email, or personal interview. An invoice will be distributed upon approval, and receipt of final product.

We use an online project management system to monitor the course of your project. You can observe the development of your project and communicate with all parties involved through our management system.
